As we enter the thick of Spring, The Willamette Valley will soon be bearing our favorite fruits and vegetables once again!  Two of the earliest crops are Asparagus and Rhubarb, and these yummy seasonal vegetables are now in full swing. We still have a bounty of both light and dark Cherries. The dark cherries (Attica variety) are from Stayton and the Rainier (light variety) cherries are from Hood River. The Rainiers will end within a few days. We will have dark cherries for another 10 days to 2 weeks.
