Summer

Summer is the most bountiful time of the year for E.Z. Orchards Farm Market! We believe that there is no better place to be than in the Willamette Valley during the summer, and a large part of this is due to the delicious local foods that are in season!

First comes a plethora of berries, starting with strawberries usually around late June, and then into several kinds of blackberries and blueberries. A vast number of other fruits and veggies also become available. Each year E.Z. Orchards is supplied by as many as 15 different local farmers who each specialize in their field (no pun intended) and deliver produce to us each day. Some favorites we get yearly include Cherries in mid-June, local sweet corn in mid-July, and local melons which start in August. Later summer brings the most exciting time of the year in many people’s minds as Peaches come fresh from our orchards.

This is all not to mention that our E.Z. Orchards Shortcake Stand begins in June and spans the remainder of summer! You can treat yourself to the finest shortcakes, milkshakes, ice creams made with your favorite berry daily.

The Oregon summer is so productive there are new items added almost daily. Summer can be the most delicious season of the year, and E.Z. Orchards is here to help you make the most of it.
