As we enter the thick of Spring, The Willamette Valley will soon be bearing our favorite fruits and vegetables once again! Two of the earliest crops are Asparagus and Rhubarb, and these yummy seasonal vegetables are now in full swing. These veggies are not only higher in quality, but more economical now as well. We are currently receiving the Asparagus from the Yakima area, and the Rhubarb from Canby.

Local Asparagus and Rhubarb season usually spans around 2 months.

The next local crop that will be available are a summer favorite, Local Strawberries! This tasty fruit will begin to become available around the 1st of June depending on the weather, so stay tuned!
