Join us for a Farm to Fork dinner at E.Z. Orchards on Saturday, August 8th, 2026. You will be seated at an elegant long table set for 80 guests in one of our apple orchards.

Enjoy a delicious and beautiful meal from the bounty of the Willamette Valley, prepared from Trellis. Trellis of Dundee brings people together to enjoy the best that Oregon has to offer in an approachable way. With a wealth of local and seasonal produce, high quality Willamette Valley wines, and the best cooking and serving talent the area has to offer.

Due to demand, this year we are adding a non-alcoholic pairing for both dinners. There will be non-alcoholic pairings with each course. The wine and non-alcoholic pairing menu will be released at a later date.

Trellis will bring their wood fired brick oven for the E.Z. Orchards farm to fork dinner for preparing your meal. A meal that is sure to delight your taste buds. The dinner will consist of four courses, each paired with a cider or wine. Cost is $120 per person, includes wine and non-alcoholic pairings.

Dinner will start at 6:00 PM and meet at the Lavender Garden by the Shortcake Stand. See the menu in the photos below. You will be contacted with questions about yourself and guests, for seating arrangements and food/allergy restrictions.
