When the first local strawberries arrive in late May, we start slicing. Our famous shortcakes start with a fresh shortcake or biscuit, then adding a generous scoop of premium French Vanilla ice cream, a heaping serving of fresh local berries, and finished off with fresh whipped cream. In July try the Mixed-Berry shortcake featuring Blackberries, Raspberries and Blueberries. All of this is followed closely by our mouth-watering favorite - peach shortcake.

In addition to shortcakes, we offer many other treats: Sundaes, Milkshakes, Smoothies, Espresso, Sodas, Floats and Cones.

You can find all of this at our Shortcake Stand, located right next to our farm market.

The Shortcake Stand does not have a gluten free cake or biscuit for the Shortcakes. We recommend instead getting a Sundae, which is the same as a Shortcake without the cake. We also have many other treats in the Shortcake Stand that are Gluten Free. With a very limited selection of sugar free options.
